About Jodie
Jodie has been around horses for the last 15 years, having worked as a groom and been involved in the day to day the running of a large livery yard, caring for 60+ horses including showing jumping, eventing and companion horses.
After a career pause from the equine world, a pandemic and 2 children, Jodie has restarted her equine career focusing on her passion for equine rehabilitation.
Trained by Helen Wooley, a Chartered Physiotherapist providing Certified and Accredited Equine Sports Massage Therapy educational services with Equissage Europe, Jodie had over 30 hours of one to one training with Helen in April 2024. This enables Jodie to successfully complete the Equissage Europe Course, which is a recognised Certified and Accredited Professional Standard training programme in Equine Sports and Rehabilitation Massage Therapy.
Services
- Your horse will be fully assessed including a gait analysis and full muscle assessment from mouth to tail. Muscle tension and general wellbeing can then be identified.
- Treatment is all natural using only Jodie's skilled hands.
- Treatment and assessment takes approximately 45 minutes and 1 hour.
- If your horse is nervous and/or sensitive, an initial consultation where Jodie can to get to know your horse can help the assessment and treatment be more beneficial.
